What You'll Need to Make 'The Biff'

1" Open Cell Foam, Charcoal Color
Electric Carving Knife or Scroll Saw
Hot Glue Gun (with low setting)
Large Paper to Create the Pattern
Foam Wig Head (optional, but it helps!)

The Biff was inspired by a wig that the ever fabulous Chris March created several years ago.  Of course his was much larger and mine had to be scaled down quite a bit in order to be in proportion to a child's head for our production of Hairspray.  Our lead character Seaweed wore it in our show.
